Terms of return and replacement

Product returns are accepted due to incorrect order within 10 days of receipt and only for replacement with another similar spare part.

In case of return of the spare part, either due to a compatibility error or due to a hardware failure, the shipping costs of the return are borne entirely by the customer.

1) The product should not have been used under any circumstances.

2) In those that have a safety tape, it should be intact.

3) The packaging must be kept in excellent condition, as in its original condition.

Our company takes all the necessary measures so that all products are packed in a very careful way in order to receive them without damage.

It is rare to receive a product with a defect. In case you receive the product without expressing a specific reservation, it means that you have unreservedly received the product from our company. You can return the product or part of the product that is defective or damaged to the carrier who delivered it to you at no charge to you, if at the time of receipt you find that there is damage and / or a defect in it.

You can inform us immediately at e-mail: geofrago@icar.com.gr notifying us if you wish to have a new product sent to you to replace the worn or defective one or if you wish to cancel the order, in which case we will refund you interest-free money you have paid.


All our items are covered exclusively by the guarantee, the terms and the time given by their respective manufacturing factory and which do not bind our company in any case.

The warranty covers only damages due to the product itself, due to its malfunction, and not damages caused by an external agent, or due to its poor installation and assembly, or due to its misuse, or due to use other than that for which has been constructed.

The warranty does not cover any damage caused during the transport of the products. The transfer is the sole responsibility of the buyer and is governed by the terms of each carrier.
